Contacting Guests

Hi,

Im having issues contacting guests who are due to arrive tomorrow. If i cant contact them they will not know how to access the accomadation and i do not want to give out details until contact is made.

Please advise?

some guests they do not contact the host and head directly to the booked guesthouse. if you insist on not giving details for them to travel to the unit unless you guys keep in touch.

you may get their registered phone number and contact them out of airbnb website. send them an email thru airbnb too.
