I find bizarre that you have chosen paypal to pay to me the first transaction of my first guest. I never indicated paypal nowhere of my transaction preferences. only my husband bankcard and mine. 

the other bizarre thing is that i im incapable to indicate to you on line my bank eban and swift the system does not accept.

the 3 strange thing is that i am supposed to receive 194 Euros, and it seems that I will get 175...... WHY ????????????

I ask for an urgent answer, as my second guest will be coming this end of week, and the first guest is from 2nd week of July. What is happening with my money.

you can go under help > resolve issue. select the problem options and they will prompt you to email them.

also to note there is a 3% service charge deduction from airbnb.
