I send a message yesterday regarding the email / message sent to guests who have just booked. It asks them to wash bedding and towels if provided. There is said to be a setting for this somewhere, but I can't find it.  I would not have checked it if I could find it. Setting machine on the fastest spin and highest heat isn't the way I do the laundry!   

A reply flashed up on my phone but I can't find it anywhere now. Any suggestions?

Why aren't messages and replies more easily found under hosting on this site?
