Corporate Travel Documents

I have a University Professor who is bringing students down to Dauphin Island and needs a contract, W-9 and a quote on letterhead to process payment, all of which I can provide.  However, I can't send them until after the Professor books and he can't book until he receives these things.  Is there anyway to upload documents that potential guests can print out prior to booking?  I thought I heard that AIRBNB just kicked off a Corprate Travel program.
