Please can you advise on
A guest who has already booked wants to add an extra guest how can you calculate the extra cost - is there an easy way. I find it difficult to work out what AirBnB would charge them and the calender only gives days not booked as calculation days which can be differently priced.
I increased my cleaning fee soon after their initial reservation. As a special offer I wish to waive the increased fee above that what they have already paid. How is this done. Presumably they make the reservation change -can i then send them a special discount offer on their proposed amended reservation.

The cleaning fee is only charged once at time of booking, so nothing to waive when changing a reservation, as the increased fee will not show up (again). You charge 7 GBP for every additional guest, so that's the rate to be used for the extra guest.
Reservations can be changed by you or by the guest, the other party need to accept. Extra money can be requested by increasing the price when changing the reservation or by submitting a request for money via the resolution centre.
Best regards,
Emiel

Many thanks Emiel
Do AirBnB not increase their 'service charge" on the extra guest charge ?
Hi @David3599. @Emiel1 is correct.
I’ve only ever noticed any increase of the service fee charged by Airbnb, on an increase in length of stay, not on the number of persons staying.
