Cottage Garbage disposal

Hi! We have been renting our cottage on Airbnb for about 3 years now and always struggled with what to do with the guests garbage. The community where our cottage is has garbage disposal days midweek (when we cannot get there) 

we have been asking renters to leave garbage in the kitchen when we leave, but due to The timing of the garbage day it sits there for a long time and smells bad, and if we leave it outside the animals get it, outdoor bins also aren’t working as the animals chew through and knock it over. We’ve been taking their garbage home with us and disposing it on our garbage day (Tuesday) but my municipality recently decreased the bags we can put out. What options do I have?

Do you have a housekeeper that can take the trash out in between the times when you are there? Our housekeepers are invaluable for times when our trash collection gets complicated.
