Airbnb gave me a $100 credit for referrals, but every time I've booked my own travel, the coupon code doesn't come up on checkout. Am I missing something? Would LOVE to use it!!!

same thing here, I got a $100 travel coupon but can't find a way to use it. the help article says it should be entered on the checkout page near the subtotal. not really sure where this should be, couldn't find it last time I booked (booking just went through) and - of course - a coupon cannot be used after completion of the booking.

any help anyone?

So I ended up calling Airbnb and they took care of it and sent me a link for next time I book a trip. Good luck, hope it goes as smoothly for you as it did for me.

We just used ours and found it really easy to do so - on the final payment page there is a box where you enter the voucher number and it automatically reprices the total.

So strange! I never saw that but hopefully when we are ready to book another trip, we will find it. Thanks for your help!

yeah I found it too, you actually just have to hit "request to book" first then you'll get to the checkout page where you need to enter your payment information, that's where you can enter it! I think a lot of people are mixing this up with the airbnb listing price box, that's where people fail to find the coupon field. think they should communicate this a little better.

Same for me. I wanted to use my coupon but when I inquired for a booking I couln'd see any field where to use the code. When the host accepted my request my card was automatically debited (as I have a credit card associated to my profile and I don't need to add the payment information every time). Moreover I cannot use the code retrocatively. I think Airbnb needs to fix something is this circular trap. In the meantime if anyone has a clue on how to use the code ....

I finally found the place to enter coupon codes. It's a SMALL link near the right side of the screen, right under the "Service Fee" amount.

Hope this helps others find the link. I completely agree with everyone else, this is a hard thing to find!

Hi There,

I received a coupon code for superhost status. I am going on a two week trip in Portugal and will be moving around alot. I am staying at inexpensive places. Does the value have to used all at once? it's for $100 or can I use it multiple times till it runds out? If it's a one shot deal then I am better to wait till a city like Lisbon or get a nicer place etc. Please advise as I leave soon.
