Coupons to local restaurants

Hey Everyone! 

I am the Director of Communications for Hungry Howies in Alabaster AL, Myrtle Beach SC, and Fayetteville NC. I clearly need to travel a lot for work and was wondering ...do hosts ever leave coupons for their guests or market their room by including coupons? Is there a way to work with AIrbnb so when someone books near our location, they can receive a coupon? We are looking to get more involved and get our name out in the areas we are located in. I would love to have any help I can get and any ideas would be great!
