Hello, i have a reservation coming up. Only issue is that my friends and I have tested positive for covid 19. The host isnt very helpful. I need assistance on how i can get a full refund. Please
@Emilia42@Emiel1 So i’ve read both links and it is very helpful. I do notice that it does say
“Reservations for stays and Airbnb Experiences made after March 14, 2020 will not be covered under our extenuating circumstances policy, except where the guest or host is currently sick with COVID-19.”
Ive been tested positive for
covid. Tried to request for a full refund through the cancellation process but there is not an option to choose “covid” as a reason.
