Creating multiple experiences with an existing host account

I have been a host for about 7 years and have an excellent rating. Now I want to create various experiences with two friends who have don't have an airbnb history. We are actually setting up a business in the hospitality sector and, as I said, we will be offering several different packages. But I can't figure this out here.

I want to create a new business account as there will be two others hosting the experiences, but I can't get past the first step. It asks me what type of property I am offering. I am not offering any property. In any case, I want to be able to link my own rating and 7 years on airbnb. Is this possible? What is the best option here?
