Hello - I tried to book a room 4 days ago but when I was finally about to pay Airbnb requested I verify my credit card by uploading a credit card statement. I did that and was told I would get a response within 24 hours. I still haven't heard bac from anybody. I tried re-booking 2 days ago and got the same problem so uploaded my statement again and still no response. Why if they say they will respond within 24 hours have they not? Is Airbnb support usually this inefficient?
