Customer Support

It seems to me a customer service center does not exist...  no phone...  no place to email a queston...  as a new Host I am totally frustrated...  5 bookings in 6 weeks Airbnb might wish to keep me as a host...  basiclly NO HELP!

@Dan56 Very strange. I've never had a problem contacting them using the Contact link in the Help Center.

OK Ed& Hugh…  find the Contact link for me?  I’m not having any luck…  thanks Dan

Have you actually tried the telephone numbers or the other options provide in the link I forwarded to you?

Yes the 3 steps that Amaris got me the phone number...  got there both ways with the link of links...  not exactly a button for "contact"...  thank you for you visual set of links...  I did call but now I will call when I have 30 minutes of wait time available...  thanks again Dan

no contact link available here either. Used to be but not any more. It should not take much effort to contact support. It is a big company, making lots of money from hosts!

This is my experience too. I tell help center page that "I need more help" and I'm taken to a page that tells me to go to the help center page. Terminal loop and horribly frustrating!

I had to find it in a 3rd-party site.

Hello @Tim-And-Pru0 and @Deborah1,

Lovely to meet you.

As @Amaris0 mentioned there is lots of information here in the Community Center, so you are in the right place and hopefully you will find this helpful. 🙂 You can find this either through the link in the post above or by using the 'Search Bar' found at the top of every page in the CC and typing 'contact'. See image below:

I hope you get everything sorted. I also recommend exploring the CC here, there are lots of great discussions going on and perhaps you might find the answer you are looking for. 🙂

Lizzie

Thank you for the last 7 years, find out more in my Personal Update.

Looking to contact our Support Team, for details...take a look at the Community Help Guides.

There also is a lot of information that's NOT available and continuing to pump the CC and the Help center is just annoying and patronizing. After 25+ years of this (Internet), most of us have learned how to locate the information that's there and identify what's not. The help center tells me guests payments will be released in most cases 24 hours after check-in. It didn't tell me what to do when it hasn't been released by the 5th day of our guests' stay. For that I needed a phone number, which I found on a non-Airbnb site and which got me in touch with a call center in Florida and a solution.

I agree that it is rather "insane" that one cannot easily get in touch with customer support.  It should be EASY, not difficult.  It did take me some time clicking around going in circles before I was able to find the right place.   The fact that they make it so difficult just means they dont want to deal with actual real questions.  This leaves a bad taste for me being a host.  I do not feel like I can count on this company for any issues that may arise, and I will likely stop listing  my vacation house as a result.
