Hi everyone...warm greetings..Im pretty new to hosting and have just got my first booking confirmed. Just wanted to know how to go about if I find that my guest have broken or damaged some items or electronic gadgets since I have no security deposits with me.
HI @Niraj0
the only way is to set a deposit price in your listing, follow the link to discover how:

if you don't set this, for you is not possibile have something back.
good luck
cheers Raf
You have little or no recourse if you don't have a security deposit in place. So ensure you set one up. And, it's not retrospective - ie: if you did not have it in place already via the AirBnB platform then you can't add one afterwards for guests who have already booked.
