Damage to the Home

Wondering what do I do when a guest has left my home a disaster.

The floors were gross with dried up soda, stains, and glitter. 

They had so much trash and left a bunch of water on the floor that it warped my wood.

I want to do more than to leave a bad review but looks like they came in and partied here- and had no respect for this space.

@Richard1120, as @Emiel1 mentioned, file a claim. You will need to do so within 14 days or before the next guest checks in, so I'd do it now.  

Also, you cannot make the claim for the excessive mess and cleaning, but certainly for the wood floors. Hopefully, the guests will take responsibility, but from most of the stories we have seen on this forum, it isn't likely.
