Deciding on 1, 2. Or 3 bedrooms?

Hi how do i find out the supply and demand when deciding if i should do a 1 bed, 2 bed or 3 bedroom? Im in Providence RI. My one bed and pullout couch are doing ok but i want to expand my options but do it im an effective way. Thanks

You carry out your own market research taking into account your target audiences for the type of accommodation you offer @Etienne29 

You can often buy footfall data from your local tourist board, AIR DNA for occupation rates and by looking at similar properties on STR listing sites (not 100 per cent accurate but will give you an idea, speak to local estate agents etc
