Delay in review becoming visible when using desktop browser

I've noticed after my last several bookings that when I complete my review of a guest who has already reviewed me, I am instantly able to read their review when I submit mine via the AirBnB app. But when I submit my review from a desktop browser, there's a delay of a few hours during which if I go to my dashboard I'll still see a link telling me I need to write a review. If I click the link, I get an error message that "this review can no longer be edited" (because my guest already submitted theirs), but the dashboard still keeps telling me to write one and my stats don't update or show the new review for a few hours, unless I try to view from the mobile app, which seems to trigger a refresh that viewing from the desktop doesn't. Viewing from the mobile app I can instantly see the review.

@Emily145 It has to do with cookies - it happens, I noticed that on many occasions. And after logging out and in the problems usually disappears. Either Airbnb sets very invasive cookies, or some settings are screwed.
