Delayed payout

Im confused... I already posted a payment method in our Airbnb account... and according to payment preferences our account status is now READY... It's been a week now but we still haven't received the payment. according to the transaction history THERE'S NO TRANSACTION YET... The guests were here since Dec. 12.... How will I know when to get our payment?.... Somebody please help me answering my question.... Just started working with airbnb here...

Same here.  We have had 2 rentals, the first being on Dec 10/11 and no payment yet.  For some reason our payment method is still "pending" and we are getting nervous.  I had checked with several people, including our daughter who hosted several years ago before going with AirBnB and payment was never an issue, but I see here it is.  We have some big bookings coming up this week and I am tempted to contact them to cancel.... this is unnerving.

Hi @Danica2 and @Shannon69

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems receiving your payouts. If you haven't already, have a look at this help guide explaining how the payment process works and how you can check your payment status.

@Danica2  I see you posted this a few days ago, have you received your payout yet?

If not, you should contact airbnb - this Community help guide explains the best ways  to get in touch with them.

I have moved your post here to a new thread, so that it's easier to find. I have also given it a title, please let me know if you want to change it!

I hope you will both receive your payouts soon!

@Kirstie0 yes... I was happy because after posting my concern here on community center and giving them an email.. The airbnb personnel (mr. Ruel) called me up and discussed something about my payout problem.. So now I received the payout and satisfied with the service..

So for level 1 airbnb account holders... if you are experiencing the same thing. I suggested contact them directly and they will try to resolve it as fast as they can.

🙂

My payment is also pending and should have been paid out - its past the due date. How do I contact csomeone for assistance? TIA

Hi @Alison83,

When did your guests check in? How long it takes depends on your payment method and you need to take into account weekends/Bank holidays. Have a look at this help guide explaining how the payment process works and how you can check your payment status.

If it has been 10 days since your guests checked in, I suggest that you do contact Airbnb about this -  this Community help guide explains the best ways  to get in touch with them.

I hope you receive your payout soon! Let us know how you get on.

It's becoming a habit, I now have to remind Airbnb about payouts every time I have a guest & it simply does not work for me. I have had to write to the CEO & still the problem persists. It's really turning me off as I feel Airbnb does this intentionally (delaying payments), b'cos it serves them long-term. When I spoke to one of of the representatives about why it takes 15mins to get them on the phone, her response was "our priority are the guests", meaning the hosts are less of a priority- I machine the arrogance. She also informed me that she does not check when her payouts come in, as if that's

According to a (German) Twitter post, there seems to be a general delay, temporarily.

Just received the e-mail with the payout notification. The glitch seems to be solved.
