I have lost a booking today over Xmas and New Year because I think the conversion fee is throuwing the calculations out soo much that the guest doesnt want to go through with the booking...
How do I change this and rectify it in order to possible get another booking before it is too late...?
Hi, I cannot find a way to delete the conversion fee on my listing. I believe it is deterring potential guests due to the decline in reservation requests I have experienced over the last month. My last guest was from Bermuda. I am wondering if that has something to do with it. But really, I am trying to delete the Air BNB message on my listing that indicates a conversion fee may apply to the booking. Help? Thanks, Anna
