Hey there, am so upset, frustrated and anxious. I was led to believe that as a superhost a benefit was priority support.
its been a week since I first contacted Airbnb as had not received a payment for 30th Dec bookImg.
I have had nothing but platitudes, it’s being dealt with, case manager on it, high volume of calls, being passed to specialist team, rest assured blah blah.
Today I finally found a number and rang and it was discovered that the reason I didn’t receive the payment was because £599 had been paid out in a conflict resolution from 2016. And they would get back to me (again not happened)I have not had any conflict resolution and checked and the guest they refer to left a glowing review.
a) finding it a minefield getting support, let all be priority support
b) it’s worrying that this has happened as it’s obviously a mistake/hack
c) Need my reservation money to pay bills
Anyone any suggestions?
