Hi everyone! Now that summer is over and I'm likely to be quieter I wanted to offer workmen/professionals etc on business in my local area a discounted price for booking a week or 5 nights. Can I restrict the months I want to do this? My place is already available to book for next summer and would like it to be the normal prices for then. Thanks for any advice.

I have a similar question.  I would like to enable a lower price over the winter.  I have lowered the lowest price  on our price range.  Can I count on Airbnb to raise the price for folks booking in the Spring?  Or, is there a way I can control this manually?

I want to offer for example a week at £250 instead of £350 but only from now until say April. Come April it returns to normal price, but because it's available to book now  it's important that the pricing is right now.
