Do I need to fill out the taxpayer info and if so how much should I pay?

I'm a non-us person and I have none taxpayer ID number. Just got airbnb's email saying I'll need to fill out the taxpayer form. But I'm doing this hosting for just several days and I've leaving US after that. I read an article saying if you are renting for less than 14 days, you will not need to pay any tax. Btw, I just make $30 a day. 

Anyone knows if I'll need to fill out the form and pay the 30% taxes? Will airbnb pay me before I fill out the taxpayer info?
