Does anyone use a channel manager for Airbnb?

As the topic of the post suggests, I need advice from anyone that has their listings synced to a channel manager. In my particular case, this is Siteminder. They only recently started working together with Airbnb  (in March I believe), and most of the Airbnb reps I talk to don't even appear to know what this software is. 

So does anyone one here have any experiences they can share with me on this? I have issues with syncing inconsistencies. I also have problems with pricing options such as "early bird" or "last minute" discounts not being editable in the listing because everything is supposed to be run through Siteminder, but Siteminder doesn't even have these options listed to begin with. Has anyone else ever had to deal with anything similar?
