Two weeks ago I hosted the worse guest of my Airbnb time so far. After he checked out, i went on his profil to report him and ban him from booking with me again. The process seemed so complicated that I contacted the Airbnb support team to figure it out but the representative that i chatted with didi'nt seem to know what he/her was doing.
Since then, 2 weeks later, I haven't receive any book on none of my 4 listings! I never went 3 days without books before that event.
Today i went back on that reservation and noticed that it was labelled "Cancelled" which is not true because the host spent two nights in the room and even rated me.
Please help!
