Does the guest's review get displayed if I choose not to leave a review for them?Is my score impact?

The guest I had was a lovely person but a nitpicker. He left a review, and I've recently seen his past reviews for other guests. He gave one guest a 4 star rating for very trivial things. I do not want his detailed review on my page. If I chose not to review him, will his review still be displayed on my page? Also, if I chose not to review does this impact my superhost score/or score in general?

@Karina257  If he leaves you an untrue, complaining review, you have the option to respond to it, but only if you have also left a review.

So if I were you, I would write a review, but make sure it's an honest review of your experience with him during his stay, not a review based on what you think he might write. While most hosts have a pretty good sense of the kind of review a guest might leave, especially if they can see that the guest has a pattern of leaving complaining reviews, some hosts have been surprised that a guest whose review they were dreading had only nice things to say.
