I have some work in some other country. I have one month's visa for it. I will book airbnb for one month and if I wish to leave in 10 or 15 days (after my work ends) will I get any refund? If yes, how much? What is the process for the same?

Have a look at Airbnb’s long term cancellation policy @Vishwa0  if you cancel you will be liable for a month.

if you are not sure you want a month, then book for a few weeks then extend or move to another Airbnb.
