Can anyone help? I have recently started hosting and have carefully set up my listing, and have gladly received several bookings already. So all in all it's going great so far.
I have recently noticed, however that my listing states Pets Allowed under amenities. I have tried to edit this under Manage Listings but for some reason there doesn't seem to be an option for Pets Allowed.
We are animal lovers, but have pets of our own, so are a little wary of allowing guests to bring their pets at this point in time. I have ticked the options to let guests know we have pets and that there are pets in the house, and i have clearly stated in the house rule that no pets are allowed, but i don't want potential guests to be mislead by this seemingly automatic addition to the Amenity section.
Does anyone know how to get this changed or removed?
Go to your calendar screen in your admin panel.
In the left menu that may slide out from the left of the screen click "Booking."
Go down to the House Rules section and make sure the "Suitable for Pets" option is greyed out with a "no."
Your listing should no longer show pets allowed.
Thanks for your suggestion. I have already selected no pets allowed here, but for some reason the Pets Allowed is still showing in my listing?!
I think I'm just going to have to make it clear in the house rules as i can't seem to change this at all.
Same problem. No idea how to change it.
Open the Calendar for the listing you want to change, go to listing details, make the change.
