Editing a listing saving changes

Hi helpful people,

Does anybody else find that when they edit a listing it doesn't save the changes? Sometimes the changes I've made disappear completely, sometimes they are still in the 'editing' version but not live, and sometimes they are on the app but not the desktop. I find I have to do it several times before it actually saves, especially annoying when changing prices for particular days.

Has anybody else had this problem? Am I doing something wrong?

I find this with my calendar only (as far as I am aware). When I change the price on a certain day, I have to do it twice or it does not save. This has been happening for at least a few weeks now.

Same here! I made changes in every part of my listing description (following my 1st airbnb rental last week!) and cannot find the SAVE button. Waited 10 minutes, then viewed my listing on another browser, but it's still the old verbiage.

 

Is there no phone number for contacting airbnb customer service for IT issues like this??

There is a long-winded way of contacting Airbnb for help:

Go to Help (top right)

Visit the Help Center

Contact Us (bottom left)

My question is about something else (bottom in grey)

Fill in the boxes then select I still need help at the bottom and submit a message.

 

I have to say, I did contact Airbnb this way about something else and they were very quick to come back to me and to resolve the issue.

 

Thanks for the info about contacting them! I have saved that in a place that's easy to find for future reference!

No, I don't see it either. HOWEVER, I did receive an automated email about an hour or 2 after I'd made my edits, saying that my listing had been updated. So that tells me -- it just requires patience waiting for their system to acknowledge that you've made changes.

Turns out I started to have the issue of the Save button not being highlighted/useable as well (when trying to edit different parts of my listing). I tried using the site via Google Chrome and it worked there. I also have not been able to see my photo captions for months (when I preview my listing), yet on GC I can see them. I am the least tech-savvy person I know, but how does a different browser affect a website so much!?
