Guest breaches house rules

Guest checked in today for her first of 5 nights. My house rules she agreed to,Mohave been breached, as only booked and paying guests are permitted and no events or parties are allowed. Guest had at least 4 people in my home (host (me) resides upstairs) and I looked out the window to observe more coming into my home, beer in arms. I immediately reminded her of house rules and told the uninvited/non-booked guests to leave, which they did. I then stated the events in writi via Airbnb messaging, so there is a record. Guest ignores messages. I plan on cancelling this reservation tomorrow due to breach of house rules. I understand as the reservation is underway, I must call Airbnb

@Kelly65  Bravo!  You are  doing the right thing!  Absolutely contact Air BNB about the breach of rules and have Air BNB cancel the reservation.

@Kelly65 Don't wait till tomorrow. Contact Airbnb right now and get them out of your home ASAP. And make sure you have proof.
