Editing my address listing

The address on my listing is wrong...and the instructions to edit the address for your listing are incorrect.  When I first began using airbnb, I was a guest...but now I'm a host, it is using my original address I set up with the site rather than the actual listing address!  It's very frustrating as I don't want to set up a new listing as that means I will lose my reviews of my current listing...and it's confusing for guests as I'm having to email them and give them the correct address rather than what they see in the automated email from airbnb upon booking.  Can someone at airbnb please assist?!!!

First if all just to let you know, this is a community forum with member like you, Airbnb do not manage or read the messages on this site.

Re editing address, try doing this via your mobile app as it is more flexible in the options than the lap/ desk top.

If all else fails, contact Airbnb and get them to do it; contact options via link -Contact Airbnb.

Hope you get it sorted soon, must be very annoying for you too in addition to confusing the guest as you have mentioned.

Hi @Liz60 we had a similar problem as in our area the streets have no name and there are no house numbers, only house names. Originally the autolocate feature on AirBnB listed our address as the house next door (100 yards away)! We couldn't change the address on the website but DID manage to change it with the iPad app. So if you have an iPad or can borrow one you should find you can change the listing address on that.

I am having huge problems with google maps & Airbnb & do not seem to be able to correct the problem myself. I live on a road that is 77klms long. I am 2981 Kyogle Rd, Kunghur but somehow (not me) I have been allocated 2481 Kyogle Rd, Terragon. Airbnb please fix this as my guests are being directed to a non existent BnB 5 klms away.
