Hi,
I keep getting Error 504 when trying to reply to a guest. It doesn't happen all the time, but does from time to time.
When it occurs I am usually using Explorer to log into the site. If I try to log in with Chrome it just says something went wrong, try again. Then when I do eventually after a few tries, get into the site with Explorer I get the Error 504 on the page when I send a message, and the message is LOST so I have to retype it again....?
I haven't been able to send all afternoon and have a guest arriving this evening I want to contact.
Any help - ideas

It's quite dissapointing that their engineers haven't yet resolved this.
I have been facing the same issue, and realised that it didn't occur if I used the Safari brower. So it surely is a brower issue that needs to be addressed.
I had the same problem multiple times. Very annoying!
The work around is to use the app on your phone - mine worked first time. It's not ideal but better than not being able to send a message at all.
This is extremely frustrating as several minutes of typing goes to waste as soon as I hit the send button
