Error Message on Payout account

I am hoping someone might have a solution for a payout problem I have.

 

Issue:

1. I removed my existing 'Methods' from the 'Payout Preferences' page

2. I added a new 'Bank Account ' method

3. I recieved a message from Payoneer - "Unfortunately, we were unable to approve your recent application for a Payoneer account and it has been declined."

4. I tried various bank accounts with similar results

5. I have checked with my banks and everything there is fine

 

I have been back and forth with both Airbnb and Payoneer to try and resolve the issue but it is very slow going and they don't really know what the issue is. I have set up a Paypal method but I am reluctant to use this because of the fees associated with it.

 

I have also messaged the posts here to see if there have been solutions to similiar issues and I have not heard anything back yet from anyone. 

 

I did see that someone suggested removing browsers cookies or using another browser and try again which I will do if my last attempt of adding a payment fails. 

 

I am really hoping that kind, knowledable host might point me in the right direction. This has happened on the 19 Dec and today is the 13 Jan 2018.

 

Your advice is much appreciated if anyone can solve this.

KiaOra @Dave-And-Dee0. Can I ask if you have a 3 digit suffix at the end of your bank account. I can no longer use Westpac because of this. So I thought this might be your problem too. 

It took about 4 emails from Payoneer to finally find out the reason 😉

Are you saying it needs to be a 3 digit suffix for it to work? At Kiwibank it is 2 digits for the suffix.
