Hi, I’ve been a host for two years then recently I’ve been asked to update my payment instructions.
Ive tried to do this but I keep getting an error message ‘error payee must be specified’ I’ve double checked with my bank and all my details are correct.
I can’t use PayPal as im locked out and can’t reset my password so I’m in a pickle!
Anyone know the issue or who I can speak to - maybe it’s a glitch online?
Please help me!
I have the same problem. There is no customer service with this company and I’m not going to bother listing with them
If you are locked out then you can call them & they will walk you thru.
