Hello All, am new to Airbnb Experince Hosting, I recently created a new city tour Experince and I was approcahed by some people who claim that they have Airbnb coupons and they want to redeem it, they will book my tour and pay me but no one will show up and attend the tour and after I receive the money from airbnb I will transfer them 40% as commission from the money I received and I will keep 40% for myself plus they will leave 5 stars rating to my tour.

While I don't see any scam since the money will be transfered to my bank account from Airbnb and only then I will transfer their commission via Paypal account am still skeptical about that cause the first thing it's too good to be true and the other thing is that am not sure if that is contradict with Airbnb terms as there are some payment made out of Airbnb website.

Am curious to know if anyone experienced something like that before so people can learn before they make any mistake and transfer the money this way

@Roman81 - Do not do this.  It is fraud, essentially money-laundering, and can get you kicked off Airbnb.  It is most definitely a scam.
