Hello, i would like to ask some information about one of our guest, he contact me, but not book with me, and before i can see information about how many days, how much i should earn and ect. even if it's expired before i can see, but now i can not see, could you please check database and send me information, we always do report from every customer, they arrive or not.. On september number 4 contact me Manuel, and the status i see "not possible" so before i can see amount,days, but now can't, could you please help about that?

It seems like you've had a potentiel guest writing you without booking and then he found another place.

When you get a request you must answer swiftly but you'll have 24 hours to accept but the guest can easily find another place meanwhile so a quick response is always good in order to get the booking.
