Hello Airbnb Hosts,

I have my first extended stay guest. Any suggestions on what percentage off to offer for an 11 day stay?

It will come down to what you want to offer - on 11 nights I would offer 1 free night (so 10 nights and 1 night  free)

Is it an inquiry or a confirmed reservation?

If it's an inquiry,  there's no reason to offer too much. You are going into the high season. You don't really be needing to play the "How long will you go game" - Unless you want to. 2-3% is my monthly discount in summer.

If it's a reservation, it seems weird. Why are they asking?

It's a slow time for us. We are booked almost every weekend in the fall.
