Hello i have a question, i am about to rent a house for $444 4 days and the limit is 10 people i ask the person who owns the property if i can add 2 more people and i will bring everything matress and all, he wants to charge me $150 more for just 2 people, is that ok?

150 $ : 4 nights = 37,5 $ : 2 guests = 18,75 $ per guest per night.... it seems reasonable.

 

The question is why would you bring your own mattresses and all?  If your group would exceed the max number of guests this property can accomodate then you are lucky your host wants to accept extra guests at any price.

@Ekaterina63   I agree with @Branka-and-Silvia0.  A listing is more than just a bed as people use utilities, water, cause wear and tear on the facilities, etc.  As a host, I never accept more than stated maximum partly because my city regulations forbid it.

@Ekaterina63 the host can charge whatever he likes, and whether it is OK is your decision. You can take it, or leave it.
