False cancellation message

False cancellation message

I received a message from Air BnB that a guest had cancelled..... 3 days AFTER the guests had stayed here, loved the place, and sent us a thank you sms saying what a great time they had. I have tried to contact air bnb to explain/question this as I have not been paid. There are no suggested topics that meet the criteria, and I don't know where to go from here
