I was wondering on how to ensure that my next guests who are a family are added under the family collection which would complete my progress?
While the above is true. It is also true Airbnb has a computer programming error, where it's not recognizing and updating accordingly.
This has been and on going issue Airbnb refuses to step up, own and fix.
I am but one of their victims. It's not rocket science where the fault is. I am 1 of 2 for Familie" " should be more, that's another story". The guest books, 2 adults and 1 child. Their system is not recognizing and applying. Simple, their problems, their, their blind eye.
Remember they care more about the guest then the host.
