Hi Community 

Does anybody know whether the net annual payout fee, found by punching dates into the transaction history page, includes cleaning fees?

I use my desktop computer and go to  https://www.airbnb.com/account-settings/payments/payout-methods 

and select "Earnings Summary" on a right-hand side menu it will have last year annual payout fee.

Pity it’s not from July to June (financial year) rather than Jan to Dec!!
