First bad review, is it fair?

Welcome everybody's in Villa Jackie, due to the high volume of guests booking, we had a confusion with This guest third party, after doing the choice to give the booking place to Someone else, Atajan put a bad review without seeing the place, we proposed to the third party guests over date of booking but they was not HAPPY with it, after all they give us a bad review without seeing Villa Jackie.
We always care about our guests to insure they're treated like kings. After all we give a good review for the third party. We understand the value of each guest booking on Villa Jackie. With all the welcome, our doors are always open for the good guests. VILLA JACKIE.

Unfortunately you asked this question after you posted a response to the review, @Jean593 .  Air BNB does not support third party bookings, so if you knew the person staying in your listing was not the booking guest, then you acted outside of Air BNB terms of service.  If you did not realized that, then the booking guest profile should be flagged for improper booking.  Regardless, your response is not for the guest but for potential guests.  Your response could be more professional and admit there was confusion.  Fortunately if your listing is popular, the negative review will eventually be less important.
