Form C for Foreigners

Hi ,

I have a guest who has booked my home in mid sept. He is a guest who is coming from France to India. As per the rules all foreigners are suppose to fill in Form C .. Where can i get that document for him to fill it,

My name is Vyjayanthi and I am hosting in Chennai..have just started. So I do have a lot of queries on this Form C .

is it required if they are staying for a short period..one day etc.?

will the guests be willing to submit this information without getting bothered?
