Hi there,
A guest of mine ( had booked my place for 3 weeks ), few hours after his arrival in my home is saying that he is not happy with my place and wants to leave and have a full refund. He is presenting my place as a very bad place to stay.
I am hosting for the last 14 months, I am a superhost and I have 37 positive reviews ( score 4.9), never experienced smth like that before.
What should I do ?
Bear in mind that I lost already few opportunities to host other guests for the same period that the guest wants a full refund.
