Future payments

I have this payment made by a guest that didn't got in any of my bank or paypal accounts yet. I want to know where the money goes in this case and how do I ll get paid eventually.

The payout occurs within 24 hours of the guest's check in, not before.

I have the same issue currently, its now a week since my guest was accepted but payment is still showing in future. It is frustrating as ANBNB helpline is a mess. My guest has one day to end the trip and am not sure if i need to sort this before he leaves???? any help will e great

If you have received confirmation from Air BNB that the guest payment has been received by Air BNB, then the issue is between you and Air BNB, so there is nothing the guest can do.  Not sure how you have already tried to contact Air BNB but here is a link to the community guide found on this site that gives information about how to contact Air BNB.
