Does anybody else find airbnb site unbelievably difficult? I have been using the site for months and every time I go on it appears to have changed, I waste so much time trying to find. what I am looking for. For example yesterday I had a request, I responded via the email. I heard nothing so I logged in;. There was absolutely nothing about the request on my page. Meanwhile I keep getting reminders from air bnb to answer the request so not to get get bad marks!! I would love to abandon the site but Treignac & I have much to offer guests.

Yes @Ann64, the site is:
Although I have never had any problem with the site, a quick look at a week's posts in the community centre will show you that it often doesn't work the way it should and is the cause of immense frustration to hosts. And they pay their Chief Technology Officer over $250k a year!
@Ann64 here's some advice:
1. If possible use a laptop with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to manage your Airbnb listing. Airbnb's website works best on these
browsers. www.airbnb.com/help/article/446/which-internet-browsers-work-best-on-airbnb
I have been hosting for 20 months and have not had any problems whatsoever.
2. Check out these Community Help Guides. They answer most commonly asked questions:

3. Explore the site!
Hope this helps!
Hi Anne,
Yes, I'm a new host and I'm finding it very difficult to find what I need, and I'm very tech saavy! For example- I had to got "help" and type in "community" to get me to a page that has the link TO ANOTHER PAGE! To then find the discussion groups. I don't see anything that takes me directly to discussion groups. Also, I've been looking for like one hour for an email or contact info for the site wihtout luck. I'm considering not listing my place afterall because I'm afraid I won't get the help I need when I need it.
