Getting AirBNB to address host concerns

Does anyone else find it very hard for a host to get their concerns addressed?

You send in a comment and then someone seems to just send you something back so they can "lob the ball in your court".  Even when you keep up with them, it does not seem to go anywhere.  I am a superhost and we have 3 houses on AirBNB, and yet, there seems to be no real customer service for hosts.  Does anyone have suggestions for moving the needle on having a concern addressed?

@Mike701:
If the matter is something serious then contact them on their Twitter feed. Sometimes it gets results that emails and phone calls don't.

As every big company they use some Customer Service Software, which is useally based on a "ticket system", it can even create automatic responses to a question (and will be more in future, as those system are  "learning systems"). The more Artificial Intelligence build in, the less change to get a satisfied answer.

Keep this in mind when sending a question, otherwise you will get frustrated. At Twitter are human beings (still) answerring your private message, but for how long ?

Emiel
