Getting a review posted

I received the following note from Leah who stayed with us for three months.

 

"Carole, I am SO SORRY I didn't leave a review in time! (I didn't realize that I would run out of time!) so I just wanted to privately say thank you so much for hosting us. It was the perfect apartment and we had a total blast on the west coast. Let me know if you think there is a way to retroactively leave a review.... i would love to give you five stars!!! 🙂

 

I didn't realize opportunities to leave reviews expired either.  Does anyone know how she can leave us her 5 star review?

@Carole532  Unfortunately, she can't. The 14 days is the outside limit for leaving a review.  Your guest, as well as you, should have received a few prompts to leave a review, which also says how many days are left until the deadline. So she either wasn't paying attention, or was otherwise occupied or traveling where she wasn't getting notifications.

It's very clear in the Airbnb help pages for hosts that the review period is over in 14 days.
