I don't understand why I have to ask the community for something the company got wrong. I'm so tired of not getting paid on time. This is the third time no payment has been received.
AirBnB needs to engage certain customers live, and to provide a number which I can use to call in to a live agent. This is extremely annoying.
I don't blame you for your frustration. We are other hosts here and can't really affect your payment issues. If I was in your shoes, I would call Airbnb Customer Service and stay on the line with them until they clear it up.
I am also struggling to get my payment. I have checked with my bank and they can't help me. I am so frustrated because it is two groups now and I have not recieved any money. I wish airbnb can create a help line where we can call directly for assistance
