Hi... why dosent the guest have too have a picture and a little story sbout them self. I have had too refuse two persons becsuse of this

i want to know how they look like how old they are and what they are going to do ... before i lett them in in my home.

@Karin381 maybe they are new, you can always ask them to fill out their profiles and decide after if you still want to be their host or not. Communication is the most important thing when hosting, and it has to be from both sides. Some guests don't know how the platform works and need some showing. If you don't have the patience you can of course always decline immediately.
