We had a guest provide us a poor rating (3 stars). This is the first 3 star rating we have ever received and it may jepordoze our super host status. We feel the feedback provided was not validated. We answered the guests questions every single time but they chose not to check the app. They also said our place was minimally furnished. You can view in the pictures and comments from other guests that it is fully furnished. I myself lived in our place for several years and left everything there. We are very disappointed that one guest in 2.5 hrs can ruin our track record. It seems a bit unfair as we take pride in our space. Please advise if anything can be done for this anomaly.
