I am a new host and looking to build my positive reviews. My second guest was scheduled to stay for 8 nights, but checked out early after only 5 nights due to an injury. He enjoyed his stay and said that he wished to write me a positive review, which I appreciated especially because I am so new to the game.
Because he had to cancel his remaining nights, is he really not capable of reviewing my rental for the 5 nights he DID stay there?? This seems pretty unfair since he did stay for a good number of nights already, so should be able to review the place like anyone else that stayed that only that long but completed their full reservation.
Hopefully their is another option so that I don't miss out on this positive review simply because Airbnb doesn't want to fix this problem.
